GWYNN OAK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION BOARD

The Gwynn Oak Community Association serves the unincorporated community in Baltimore County, Maryland.  It is governed by its 7 member board of directors.  

The community borders the Baltimore city line and encompasses the geographical area south of Liberty Road, east of Flannery Lane to Gwynndale Avenue; west of Gwynn Oak Avenue and north of Windsor Mill Road.  The community is home to Gwynn Oak Park.

MEETINGS
The Gwynn Oak Community Association (GOCA) meets at 7:00pm every 1st Wednesday from January to June and September to November at Woodlawn Recreation and Parks Building (the stone building pictured below) at 2131 Woodlawn Drive.

Every now and then, a meeting needs to be moved or cancelled due to holidays or weather. There are also impromptu meetings that can be added to the schedule if there is a specific need. The Gwynn Oak Community Association advocates for the community and residents of the Gwynn Oak community.  We also hosts:
