ABOUT US
The Lochearn Improvement Association is dedicated to County, Maryland. The purpose of the association is:
(a) To facilitate the development, improvement and well-being of the community of Lochearn;
(b) The encouragement of good fellowship and a feeling of neighborhood identity;
(c) The promotion of the health, safety and general welfare of the community.
(d) Promoting the common good, improving and maintaining the livability of the community.
OUR COMMUNITY
The Lochearn community is located north of Liberty Road between Campfield Road and Oak Avenue and south of Alter Street. The community is comprised of nearly 700-beautiful single family homes accessible via two major roads, Liberty Road and Patterson Avenue. See area map below.
The Campfield Early Learning Center, Bedford Elementary School, Milbrook Elementary School, Woodlawn Middle School, Pikesville Middle School, Woodlawn High School and Milford Mill High School are the nearest schools serving the area.
The Lochearn Presbyterian Church is located at 3800 Patterson Avenue and is also a vital partner in the community.
The Lochearn community is serviced by the businesses along Liberty Road, anchored by the Woodmoor Shopping Center and the businesses along Reisterstown Road and Patterson Avenue, anchored by the Reisterstown Road Plaza.

Community Survey
The Lochearn Improvement Association meets the 2nd Thursday of each month except December, January and February at the Lochearn Presbyterian Church located at 3800 Patterson Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21207. Meetings are held at 7:00 pm. Check the events button on the menu for upcoming meetings.
