ABOUT US
Established in the Spring of 1964, The Powhatan Farms Improvement Association is an active community association Baltimore County's 4th Council District and the Maryland 44B District. The Powhatan Farms Improvement Association works to improve the community and promote the common good of its residents. It is governed by its Board of Directors and association president.
MEETINGS
The association meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 7:00 pm in the Powhatan Elementary School (3300 Kelox Road 21207) in cafeteria. There are no meeting in July and August.

The community is comprised of beautiful single family homes accessible via two main roads, Liberty Road and Kelox Road. The Powhatan Elementary School, Woodlawn Middle School, and Woodlawn High School are the nearest schools serving the area. The Powhatan community is serviced by the businesses along Liberty Road in Baltimore County near the Baltimore City line.
