Established in 1975, the Quail Meadows is a townhouse community located in the Windsor Mill area of Baltimore County.  It is managed by the Neighborhood Property Management, LLC and the Homeowners Association Board of Directors.  The management company can be reached by contacting Linda Price at (410) 781-6677 or via email lprice@npmgmt.com.

The homeowners association meets the last Tuesday of each month at the Quail Meadows Pool House, 2001 Wildlife Drive, Windsor Mill, MD 21244.
