On Thursday, November 9th, at 7:00 pm, the Lochearn Improvement Association will be holding its general meeting at the Lochearn Presbyterian Church lower level meeting room, 3800 Patterson Avenue 21207. Candidates for the Baltimore County Executive Democratic Primary, John Olszewski Jr. and Jim Brochin will square off at 8:00 pm. Both candidates will field questions from the audience about their vision for Baltimore County. At 7:00pm, Delegates Sydnor and Young will speak and answer questions from the audience. The event is open to the public. Doors open at 6:30 pm.
