1/ To add a Fourth Vice President to Article VI, 1-Officers

2/ To add a Parliamentarian to Article VI,1-Officers. To add to Article VI, 7-Duties of the Parliamentarian-The primary duty of the parliamentarian is to advise the presiding officer on questions of parliamentary law and matters of procedure.

3/ To add to Article V-Governance, 10.The Branch at the discretion of the Executive Committee ( simple majority vote) can postpone any meeting for special reasons.
