WHAT WE ARE?

The Gwynndale Community Association is a small, quiet community that lies on the west side of Baltimore County, Maryland.  It includes the homes situated on Gwynndale Avenue, Penfold Drive and Kelox Road.

The Gwynndale Community Association is governed by its officers and board of directors.  The Gwynndale Community Association meets periodically at the Powhatan Elementary School at 7:00 pm.
