The McCormick is looking for 9 people who possess good taste and sensory perception to work in Hunt Valley, MD. No experience is necessary; all training is provided! A minimum 12-month commitment is required once hired due to the extensive 3-month training involved. Good verbal, written and social skills are required as candidates will be working in a team environment. The Descriptive Panelists will evaluate samples of herbs, spices and other food products using methods and terminology established by McCormick. Evaluations are performed to provide insight into product characteristics, difference and degree of difference. Descriptive Panelists receive extensive training on the methods and terminology they will use on the job.
The pay rate is $15.00 per hour during the 3-month training. Upon the completion of training, the pay rate will increase to $16.00 per hour. This position is managed by Populous Group Temporary Agency.
