The Baltimore County Coordinated Entry Program is your gateway to access homeless services supports within Baltimore County. Call the hotline to discuss your current circumstances with a screener who will direct you to resources that best meet your needs.

The program can be contacted via telephone at 410-887-8463, select option 1, Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. Should you not reach anyone, please leave a voice message, and someone will get back to you within 24-48 hours. If it is an emergency situation, please continue to call to reach a live person.
