As a member of the community, it's important to support your local fire department, such as the Woodlawn Volunteer Fire Company. These brave men and women put their lives on the line to protect our homes, businesses, and families from fires and other emergencies. On Monday, July 10th from 5pm - 8pm, the Woodlawn Precinct of the Baltimore County Police Department is hosting Community Night to support the Woodlawn Volunteer Fire Company. Community Night will be held at the new Firehouse Subs at Boulevard Place located at 7175 Security Blvd, Baltimore, MD 21244. Community members can come out and pick up or dine in at Firehouse Subs and 15% of your purchase will be donated to the Woodlawn Volunteer Fire Company.
Here are a few other ways you can show your support for the Woodlawn Volunteer.
Donate to the Fire Company
The Woodlawn Volunteer Fire Company relies on donations from the community to maintain their equipment and keep their operations running smoothly. Any amount helps, so consider making a donation to show your support.
Attend Fundraising Events
The Woodlawn Volunteer Fire Company hosts fundraising events throughout the year, such as pancake breakfasts, spaghetti dinners, and charity auctions. Attend these events to show your support and help raise funds for the company.
If you have the time and are interested in becoming a volunteer firefighter yourself, consider joining the Woodlawn Volunteer Fire Company. They are always looking for dedicated individuals to join the team.
Spread the Word
Help spread the word about the Woodlawn Volunteer Fire Company and their important work. Share their events and activities on social media and encourage your friends and family to support the department as well.
Thank your local firefighters!
