Villa Nova Community Assn Hosts Flea Market September 10th


On Saturday, September 10, 2022 the Villa Nova Community Association (VNCA) will host a community flea market from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm. The rain date will be September 17th. The flea market will be held at the Villa Nova Park located on Villa Nova and Queen Anne Road 21207.

For those interested in a vendor's spot, payments may be made in advance or on site. Space is first come, first choice. NO REFUNDS! Set-up starts at 8:15AM; Tables and chairs are not provided; Vendors must bring their own equipment to display merchandise. Shut-down is 2:00PM; All areas must be cleaned and cleared by 2:30PM.

Check-in will be done at your table. When you arrive, please set-up and a representative will come to you. Display your check-in receipt on your table. VNCA reserves the right to withhold space rental from those it decides to

be in conflict with the market's regulations. The follow regulations must be observed:

  • NO subletting of spaces. If original vendor leaves space, VNCA reserves the right to sell the space to another vendor.

  • Vendors must remove all of their own garbage and litter. Vendors are not to leave behind unsold merchandise.

  • Anyone found dumping will be prosecuted.

  • The use of loud speakers or public address systems is prohibited.

  • Alcohol is prohibited on market grounds. Any vendor found intoxicated may be subject to arrest for public intoxication.

  • VNCA reserves the right to eliminate any items from sale or swap, or the manner in which it is displayed.

  • Vehicles must not block vendors.

Vendor hereby agrees to indemnify and name harmless the Villa Nova Community Association and its members from:

  1. any and all claims, causes of action, and suits arising, occurring or resulting from any damage, injury or loss of property of any nature caused by, arising out of, or in any way connected with the exercise by the vendor or VNCA and its members, of the privileges herein granted.

  2. VNCA will not be responsible for any loss or damage of property resulting from inclement weather.

  3. Vendor is responsible for collection and payment of any federal, state, or local taxes.


  1. Counterfeit merchandise (imitation designer purses, shoes, clothing, and sunglasses, CDs or DVDs)

  2. Drugs, drug paraphernalia and alcohol

  3. Firearms and ammunition

  4. Fireworks and explosives

  5. Animals

  6. Foods
